Integrated Engineering Solutions, IES is a structural engineering corporation, specialized in the area of designing and detailing Structural and Architectural precast and prestressed concrete.

Osama S. Eissa, Ph.D., P.E.
Dr. Eissa is the founder and the president of IES, Associates. Dr. Eissa received his B.Sc. degree with Honors and his M.Sc. degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from Cairo University in 1983 and 1988, respectively. He earned his Ph.D. degree in Structural Engineering from The University of Windsor in Canada in 1994.
Dr. Eissa has over 25 years of structural engineering experience with the last 15 years in the area of precast and prestressed concrete design and detailing. He is a professional member of ACI, PCI and AISC. He is a registered professional engineer in the states of Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana and in the province of Ontario.
Noran Eissa, B. Arch.
Noran is the vice president of IES, Associates. She received her Bachelor of Architectural degree in 1986. She has 22 years of professional experience with the last 21 years in detailing Architectural and Structural precast concrete structures.
